Client wants to call the QC Line?

The QC Call can handle inbound calls as well!

  1. Process a QC Call Request through the CRM

  2. The QC Call will "outbound" call the client.

  3. Client is unable to take call or answer

  4. Client calls back using SAME PHONE as called 307-240-6076

    1. (949) 782-7149 for Spanish

  5. QC AI recognizes Caller ID and updates the QC Call record in the CRM. The number the client dials from must match the number entered in "Primary Mobile" in the CRM lead

  6. When the QC Call Status is updated of "Qualified", the file is ready to enroll

Relintex will set the automation for enrollment upon Qualified QC Call.
