The "My Queues" tab on the Talk page will display those queues in which you are a member.
Here you can perform login, logout, pause/resume, and "set pause reason" actions against individual queues of which you are a member, or against all member queues at once.
When "pausing", you can set a reason. Consider a descriptive explanation when setting a reason, such as "Break", "Lunch", or "Meeting".
