WHAT TO EXPECT NEXT FROM US
Our debt negotiations team will work with your enrolled creditors to create a plan for settling your debts. We will then offer settlements when we believe it will result in the best possible outcome for you.
Our objective is to settle your debts in the program as soon as possible while also maximizing your savings. However, to achieve maximum savings, we may need to negotiate with your creditors over a period of several weeks to a few months. Typically, the first settlement agreement takes 1-4 months to reach.
Nevertheless, we will always work to get the best settlement deal for you and notify you accordingly. Once we reach a settlement agreement with one of your enrolled creditors, we will notify you and seek your approval. We will keep repeating this process until all the creditors enrolled in the program are negotiated and paid off.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
Please respond back to us right away when we contact you, as we only reach out when we require your approval on settlements with your creditors or need further information related to your program. We typically will call you and leave a voicemail, text message you or email you. Feel free to let us know if you have a preference in how we should communicate with you.
CALLS FROM CREDITORS
We've notified the enrolled creditors in the program that you have legal representation for your debts. If any creditor contacts you, let them know that you have hired a law firm to assist you with paying off your debts and instruct the creditor that they need to call your attorney's law firm phone # 800-958-2304.
If creditors continue to call you after you informed them to contact your attorney, then feel free to text us at 888-828-5787 the phone # that is calling you. You can also email the phone # that is calling you: [email protected]. We will reach out to any creditor that is contacting you and inform them to contact us to discuss your debts.
