RECOMMENDED DEBT SETTLEMENT GUIDELINES

Acceptable Creditors
Unsecured debts in the following debt categories can be included as long as the Creditor is accepted by the Proposal creation module in the Sales CRM.
▪ Credit Card debts
▪ Personal loans
▪ Personal lines of credit
▪ Payday loans
▪ Auto loans that have a deficiency balance after repossession of collateral
▪ Medical Debt
▪ Business Debt which is not tied to collateral or receivables and inventory (Green States)
▪ Apartment lease deficiency balances
Unacceptable Creditors
▪ Military Star - "MILSTAR" these are guaranteed by US Govt and cannot be negotiated.
Manual Creditors
Any creditor that is being added MANUALLY and not accepted by the Proposal creation module of the sales CRM, must meet the following requirements:
➔ Debt must be UNSECURED
➔ Debt must be greater than 3 months old with a minimum of 1 payment made towards the balance of the debt
➔ Debt must be supported with documentation no later than 6 months old supporting the balance owed and name of the debtor. The supported documents must be uploaded to the sales CRM prior to submitting the client for Onboarding and Servicing.
Acceptable forms of documentation:
▪ Statement from the Creditor
▪ Statement or notice from a collection agency
▪ Contract of the debt
▪ Other credit reports reporting the creditor as a debt owed
MANUAL CREDITOR CHARGEBACK POLICY: If a manually added creditor is removed from the program for ineligibility to qualify for a debt settlement program, the affiliate or sales agent will be charged back any commissions or advances that were paid on relative to the removed Manually added creditor.
