Sales Manager - Add dispositions to each status

We have created a static structure of Status, but we have provided the ability for each business unit to create their own series of dispositions. These dispositions can be aligned with their dialer or 3rd party CRM to communicate a disposition and update the lead to that status or disposition created.

Start Here: Sales Managers have access to the "ADMIN" Menu -> "Disposition"

You will find all the current dispositions. Click "New" to get to this screen. It allows the addition of a disposition under each status. If you use Convoso you will need to match the Slug.

The example below I can add a disposition of "Voicemail" (VMX) to "Contacted" so my agent can update contacted conversations with their last disposition.

These dispositions are found on "My Pipeline" and "Sales Pipeline" we will be adding functionality to improve how to sort and filter to these dispositions.
