The MFA/OTP process was updated to expire after 30 days. You workplace IP can be whitelisted preventing a MFA request. Please submit a support request. The OTP (One Time Passcode) is sent to the email we have on file for the user. Please check all email folders or report non receipt to the support team to assist. 

The MFA / OTP process is designed to safeguard information when accessed outside of a place of business. OTP is sent to email with code.
