Automation of Enrollment

How to automate the process of enrolling customer after the docusign is completed.

A delay between the client signing the docusign and the contract being sent to servicing can be resolved by activating enrollment automation. A client is considered ready for enrollment upon the following conditions.

  1. Contract is Signed

  2. QC Call (completed)

  3. Documents for manual added creditors are attached.

    If all three of the conditions above are met the document will automatically move to servicing.

The QC Call

Agents should confirm the QC call is completed in its entirety prior to clicking the "QC Call (Completed)" button.
