Settlement Update: Small creditor balances settlement percentages have been updated. Credit balances under $1500 will be impacted.
Creditors who have a balance under $1500 will see an increased settlement %. This will decrease the total settlement for the client as small creditor balances can change from month to month. If servicing can settle for better than the estimated settlement the client still receives the benefit of the lower settlement.
