New User Creation

Create a new sales agent for your company

To create a new user find the menu - "System" -> User (manager)

All of your agents will be listed below. All agents created will be created for your business.

Click "New"

  1. Enter a User Name

  2. Password

  3. "Create Salesperson" = the agent needs access to create files

  4. Confirm Password

  5. "Request Password Reset on next Logon" = Move this to true so agent can set their own password.

  6. UserName, Email - Required

  7. Phone Numbers not required

  8. Select a Role - It will populate permissions below

    1. Jr Roles - Require approval before sending the proposal

    2. Sales Roles - Create and Edit Leads

    3. Senior Sales - Have all permissions to access all leads/reporting (agent specific) /sharktank

  9. Dashboard = Sales Rep

  10. Logon Allowed From = Enter IP address of agent. IPChicken.com provides a simple method of seeing the IP address.
