The warning below states the current lead is a duplicate and is in active enrollment.
This is a SOFT warning, this means that although there is someone with the same DOB and Phone in Servicing you can still move through the enrollment process. BUT if the client is still active before submitting contract you will be stopped from sending a new contract to the client.
Upon receiving this warning it is recommended to discuss with the client if they are in a current debt settlement program and if they have cancelled that program.
